Baptisms, Fruit Loops, & Spanish! Kenny’s week 50

Hey guys! This is the first email going out as the Big 20 years old! Let’s hit the highlight reel!

- Birthday! After a fun debate on what the heck we wanted to do, we called it good and got ice cream.

- Baptisms! Had a humbling opportunity to baptize some friends named Angel and Alan, both were so happy as they left the font!

- Transfers! I got the epic 3:30amwake up to make sure nothing went haywire. It was a great opportunity to work on organizational skills.

- New Companion! Elder Burton joined the trio! He's from Arizona, has about 18 months in the field. A solid teacher!

- Easter Sunday! It was beautiful, we had an incredible Sacrament Meeting with a spirit incomparable to anything I’ve felt before! All the Elders did a special musical number of the song "Were you there," it was pretty amazing! The Primary kids all sang Gethsemane, maybe a few tears were shed of just cuteness overload haha. Then all the Elders of the Office got together and we ate a fun Easter lunch, it was pretty epic!

- Fruit Loops! Saw them in a grocery store for the 2nd time in the mission I believe... flashbacks left and right haha

- I’ve had pretty interesting experiences hearing people speak in Spanish but I’m understanding it like it’s English, it blows my mind sometimes…

- Aniversary of the Restoration of the Priesthood of Christ! May 15th marks the day that Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery recieved the Aaronic Priesthood keys at the hand of John the Baptist in the form of an Angel, thus restoring the ability to be baptized by the true authority and power of Jesus Christ! Love what the Bible says about this authority, that "no man taketh this honour unto himself (ordinances like Baptism) but he that is called of God, as was Aaron." Hence the Restoration of the Aaronic Priesthood! - Hebrews 5:4

That’s it, hope yall are holding strong!
