Happy Inaugural MLK Day! Kenny's week 33

Why can’t people just be like rubiks cubes? Where you can just solve the cube (answer their question) and then it just stays solved (or, they do what you suggest them to do)? Y’all there are some people here... They make me... jump for joy

There were some fun moments this week. From Catholic Grandmas to mini gospel discussions in the street... I will say, even in all the insanity of the week (which it really wasn’t even that crazy, I just like exhagerating (how do you spell that?), all is still well out here in Venado.

- Epic Zone Conference. Great lessons learned

- Had a farewell party for our friend Ruth, who's starting home MTC next week, there was so much food...

- Had some epic lessons about the Gospel with our friend Oscar (in the pic), he has such a strong testimony of the Gospel. HIS son served his mission in México I think? Awesome family, all of them

- Had this whack interactivo with this Catholic Grandma who was trying to debunk our faith. After a good half hour of answering her inquiries (phenomenally well, might I add) and replying with some crazy profound questions, we said:

"Alright, if you want to recieve an answer, from GOD, not us, that what we’re explaining is the truth of the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ, read (portion of Book of Mormon) and earnestly pray."

To which she replied something like "No" (I’ve sat here for like 10 minutes trying to remember what she said but I literally have no idea haha)

Long story short, that whole family is just a little bit on the I want answers now and don’t want to put in work to get them side, so we’ve left them with a very clear way to answer their questions. People, man. Especially as missionaries, you see all types.

- There was this Argentina guy that started harassing the Chinese cashier at this store we were buying food at today, homie was callings us Nazis while he was talking about how he didn’t want his picture to be on the surveillence cameras... the man was a little bit drunk... Good times out here all around

That’s pretty much the week. We’re doing another Asado cookout today with the district, so peace out, I gotta go prepare some meat!

Pics: Thanks for showing us President Trump being sworn in, mama
